Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping:
Please allow up to 7-14 business days for processing & 1-5 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance) ( NOT counting weekends, holidays & vacation time). You will receive a tracking number via email or text when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If an order is returned to Pikalandia due to an incorrect shipping address you will NOT get a refund (DOUBLE check your shipping address). You may email me to pikalandia@yahoo.com within 24 hours of order being placed if you notice a wrong address was submitted at time of checkout.
Refunds:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, you wont get a refund unless your package was damaged and you send proof within 24 hours. Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you pay for us to send for you. Once we send, the liability is between you and USPS. Unfortunately there is a reship fee of $9.25 for orders that are returned due to incorrect address or any other reason. We are not refunded the postage cost for the first package shipment. If your order has been shipped, you will need to contact USPS so they can correct address before it arrives. If you decide not to reship, you may get a 50% refund of your order not counting shipping.
